Flossing shouldn't be painful what so ever and if you're having a difficult time doing it without pain, we should take a look to see what is happening.
When Flossing Hurts
When flossing starts to hurt, then it might be time to think about some of the things that might be causing this to happen. Flossing is something that is important for oral health, so you should be able to regularly do this in order to have a healthy overall mouth.
The way you're flossing might be the problem. Having bad form while lifting weights is like having bad form while flossing. They're both going to end up doing more harm than good. Another reason is that you do not brush and floss often enough. Usually, when you start to regularly brush twice a day and floss at least once a day, you will not have pain or other issues that might come from not doing this.
